In March 2003, I established the Wisdom business in response to customer demand for a professional and reliable pizza oven repair technician. I was positioned to do this as I had been working at the Coalface which does conveyor pizza oven repair as well as catering equipment for several years, and understood the industry well. Soon after I started, several customers commented to me that the pizza industry was in sore need of quality responsive and expert equipment maintenance and management services. Responding to this need, I expanded the business to include specialised workshop and warehousing facilities for conveyor pizza repair service, and employed a team comprising the ‘best of the best’ technicians, who specialise in legacy, current and cutting edge catering equipment technologies. Soon Wisdom Equipment Services became a well-known specialised company for pizza oven repairs in Sydney, to fulfil the gap in the market for a professional and reliable service provider for pizza equipment repair industry.
